POLICIES

Resources you purchase are delivered electronically and no physical products will be shipped.

You will not be sent a shipping confirmation, but instead will be immediately provided with links to access the digital content you purchased. You can download the resources or access them at any time in your account.

You cannot return a file once you've downloaded it. For that reason, all sales of digital resources are considered final and are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30-days of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis. If you made a duplicate purchase or purchased a resource but never downloaded (as determined by Cowie's Kinders), you must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase. You can contact support@cowieskinders.com with a refund request.

As part of your request, be sure to include the resource name, the date of the purchase, email address, and name associated with the purchase, your concerns about the resource.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue a refund. Cowie's Kinders does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund for any purchase, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material. You shall immediately cease using the material.
